Site development works comprising site excavations and regrading, including removal of excess material, all within a site area of 9.8Ha. In the east and north-east of the existing MSD facility at Dublin Road, Pollerton Little and Oakpark, Carlow. The works will include: (i) regrading of existing lamdscaped berms along the north eastern site boundary; (ii) creation of new landscaped berms on the eastern boundary of the site; (iii) installation of a temporary access road from existing roundabout on the R448 regional road to facilitate the site development works; (iv) all associated site development and landscaping works. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) has been prepared and is submitted to the Planning Authority with the application.
